1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and rabetgo ("rabetgo," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the rabetgo website located at rabetgo.org, including all associated mobile applications, software, games, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

rabetgo reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by rabetgo may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming features on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

rabetgo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

rabetgo supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

• Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your rabetgo wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. rabetgo reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to applicable limits.
• Currency: All balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated.

• Fraudulent Transactions: Any attempt to use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

rabetgo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• rabetgo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the rabetgo Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

rabetgo reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout. In such cases, the affected bet amount will be returned to the player's account. rabetgo's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rabetgo Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or rabetgo staff;
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the rabetgo Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of rabetgo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rabetgo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

rabetgo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

rabetgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete identity verification. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting rabetgo customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.
